The Phoenix came home victorious from Baltimore, handing the Nighthawks their first loss of the season. Our next test will be playing the tri-state bruisers in West Virgina on may 12th.

The Carolina Phoenix Women's Tackle Football team is currently inviting members of the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area to serve on our Board of Directors. On November 20 the Carolina Phoenix held a meet and greet event at Zydeco Downtown. Thank you to Zydeco Downtown for opening your restaurant to the Carolina Phoenix. Thank you to the women's flag football team, Something Serious, and our friends and family for their support of the event. We will hold more meet and greet events in the future.

Congratulations to the Carolina Phoenix flag football team for becoming the 2011 Triangle Area Flag Football League (TAFFL) Pink Champions. The team finished 9-0 and was never scored on the entire season. Way to go, ladies!
