OTAs Have begun!!!! Each Sunday practice will be open to all who wish to tryout, so come see if you have what it takes to be a Phoenix!

Sunday practices will be held at alternating locations. Please send an email expressing interest and you will be added to the contact list and you will be kept aware of the practice location for that Sunday.

1. Forest Hills Park from 1-3. The address is 1639 University Dr, Durham NC 27707.

2. Coach TG's gym from 2-4. The address is 3811 Samet Dr. , High Point, NC 27265

Please arrive at least 10 min before start time. This will give you time to get warmed up before practice starts.

*There is no experience necessary for camp or try-outs. You must be 18 or older with photocopies of your photo ID and health insurance card (front & back). Please dress appropriately for exercise and bring a water bottle.
