Practices have begun!!! Here are the places and times where practice will be held each weekend unless otherwise stated so please take note.

Saturday practices will be held at the Greensboro College practice football field from 10-2. The address is 400 W Whittington St. ,Gboro NC 27401.
Sunday practices will be held at Forest Hills Park from 1-4. The address is 1639 University Dr, Durham NC 27707. Please arrive at least 30 min before start time. This will give you time to get warmed up before practice starts.

*There is no experience necessary for camp or try-outs. You must be 18 or older with photocopies of your photo ID and health insurance card (front & back). Please dress appropriately for exercise and bring a water bottle.
