• HEAD COACH
Tim Holmes was born and raised in Durham, NC. He began his football career playing linebacker, defensive end and fullback at Northern High School under the tutelage of Coach Ken Browning (UNC). He was then recruited to play at Elon College.
He left there after a year and went to play strong safety at Appalachian State. Upon graduation he play semi-pro ball with the Tampa Outlaws (Professional Spring Football League), the Triangle Cardinals, the Raleigh
|
Dragons, the Raleigh Scorpions, and Durham Storm. As a semi-pro player, he played halfback, fullback, defensive end, nose guard, strong safety, free safety, linebacker and guard.
He began his coaching career as the Durham Storm Asst Offensive Coordinator / Rb coach in 1997. He then became the Raleigh/Durham Wolverines Offensive Coordinator and subsequently the Triangle Rattlers Head Coach until 2008.
He has since retired from the men's game and coaches women exclusively. |

• OFFENSIVE/DEFENSIVE LINE COACH
A Washington D.C. native, Lamont Robinson began playing football at the age of nine. He played his high school football at H.D. Woodson High School in Washington D.C., before he transferred his junior year to Duval High School in Lanham, MD.
After his high school graduation, Coach Robinson served two years in the United States Navy. He was stationed on the USS Eisenhower. He served in the Aviation
|
Fuels Division. After completing his military obligation, Coach Robinson enrolled in Prince George’s Community College and then transferred to Salisbury State University where he majored
in English and Education. At SSU, Coach Robinson was a four-year letterman on the Seagulls football team.
He played two years as a wide receiver and two years as a defensive end. After his college graduation, he became a teacher and head junior varsity football coach at Amelia County High School in Amelia, VA.
While in Virginia, Coach Robinson played defensive end for the Mason-Dixon League Richmond Ravens. After two years of coaching in Virginia, Robinson became a defensive line coach at Saint Augustine’s College in Raleigh, North Carolina.
After suffering a knee injury in a motorcycle accident, Coach Robinson returned to coach high school football at S.E. Raleigh High School. After two seasons with the Bulldogs, Coach Robinson became a teacher and football coach at Riverside High School in Durham, North Carolina.
In 2006, Lamont Robinson became the head varsity football coach at Warren County High School in Warrenton, N.C. He returned to Riverside after one year at Warren County, and in 2008 Coach Robinson joined the Carolina Phoenix coaching staff.
After a one year hiatus, Robinson returned to the Carolina Phoenix as an assistant coach. Coach Robinson is married to the former Adrienne Jordan, and has a two year old son Mason Charles Robinson. |

Willie Parker Jr. [TOP]
As a born and bred North Carolinian, Willie Parker has spent the last 24 yrs involved in football in one capacity or another. His high school ball was played at Northern Durham High under Coach Kenny Browning. While attending Durham Technical College Willie began his Semi-pro career with the Durham Storm,
Coached by James Brown. After 2 yrs with the Storm Willie moved to a few other area teams such as the Raleigh/Durham Wolverines, Fayetteville Cardinals, Rocky Mount Stallions, and ending his playing career as a Triangle Rattler in

2008. Coach Parker then moved into coaching and training young athletes. After 7 years of coaching City League and Pop Warner teams, as well as training some high school athletes to prepare for college, Coach Parker came to the Phoenix family. As an assistant coach with
the Carolina Phoenix he has come to share his knowledge and love for the game of football and further the effort of expanding Women’s Contact Football. Coach Parker is husband to Sandra Guthrie Parker and the father of two boys. |
